It seems to me it might make a normal foot/leg look heavy, this is definetly for a woman with a slim ankle and beautiful slender leg
To Shoe, for sure!! I agree with Madeleine up there. Picture this on a skinny tan leg...like Vicky B.'s and it totally works!
