My heart's interpretation:
When troubled, seek peace. Go there knowing you are not compromising, but resolving within yourself the power to determine the value (or lack of value) that which strives you.

That's a nice quote. It kind of reminds me of Mary, when it is revealed to her that she will bear the son of God, and she stores it up in her heart instead of telling anyone. Sometimes peace can come from not knowing all the answers...
Re: the movie, yes that is the Beatles one. I don't remember ever seeing a preview or anything for it, but I really loved it. Too cool.
I love this quote. Your interpretation is something that I think all of us need to remind ourselves every now and then. Sometimes we just need to let certain situations rest, not because we are giving up on them, but so we can have our own inner peace and move forward.
