I have seen these decals as 'pot holes' to slow drivers down; intended to be used as a speed bump, but not too sure of this one. What if I am behind that car and do not see the image and surely not expecting the vehicle to slam on it's brakes, swerve, or whatever. I would make the road appear rough in it's appearance overall ... oh well, those are my thoughts anyway..
